Veggie Quesadillas

Quinoa Primavera

We love using this “Mother Grain” of the Incas with it’s great full spectrum of amino acids as well as a great source of natural iron. This dish is a hybrid that I created when I was removing white pastas from my diet.

Garlic Broccoli Pasta

Garlic Broccoli Pasta is a very simple dish that creates another unique way to consume lots of garlic (which we know is excellent for our health) and lots of broccoli which has so many wonderful health benefits. Be sure to use alternative pastas or grains when preparing this dish (No White Pasta or Rice!) as we are looking to boost our health and add real nutrition into our diets.

Quinoa Seaweed w/ Tofu

Seaweed is a wonderful vegetable of the Ocean with a vast array of nutrients that support many aspects of our overall health. Very simple to accent our dishes with, it gives us a slight Asian flair to this Wellness Way Cafe original dish.

Veggie Potato Bake

I created this dish back when I was like 18 and invested in my first baking dish. After coming home and looking for ways to use it, I took a wide array of ingredients and came up with this. I have been making it ever since and it is a hit every time I serve it to guests and friends. I hope you enjoy it as well.
